Who to contact if something has gone wrong, what to tell us, and what happens after you do.
Who to contact
If you have a complaint about our service, or about how we have handled your personal information, this is the person responsible for answering it.
TO BE CONFIRMED
Grievance Officer, CARZ 2.O
Email: connect@carz2o.com
Phone: +916364993536
CARZ 2.O, #4/5, Behind Royal Concord International School, Chelikere, Kalyan Nagar Post, Bengaluru - 560043, Karnataka. Landmark: Opposite to X Torque.
What to include
So that we can look into it properly rather than write back asking for more, please tell us:
- Your name, and the phone number or email you used with us.
- The vehicle, and roughly when the work or the enquiry happened.
- What went wrong, and what you would like us to do about it.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint when we receive it.
- We look into it and reply within 30 days, telling you what we found and what we are doing.
- If we need longer — because a supplier or an insurer is involved — we will tell you why and when to expect an answer, rather than going quiet.
Complaints about your personal data
If your complaint is about your personal data specifically — you want a copy of what we hold, something corrected or erased, or a consent withdrawn — the data rights form is the quicker route, because it captures what we need to find your records.
If you are not satisfied with how we answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Raising it with us first is not a requirement, but it is usually faster.
